Yarn & Notions 

  • Unused, unwound yarn in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Yarn that has been wound, caked, washed, or knit from cannot be returned. 

Needles & Tools 

  • Needles, hooks, and tools must be unused and in original packaging to be returned or exchanged. 

Sale Items 

  • All sale and clearance items are final sale. 

Digital Patterns & Printed Patterns 

  • All patterns (digital or printed) are final sale.
